Also known for her work with folk rockers Strangers by Accident (vocals, bassist, cowriter) and New England Music Award winners Liz Bills and the Change (backing vocals), Wyn has classically trained in voice from a young age and competed internationally with choirs from 2003 to 2006, singing in the Sydney Opera House in Australia and Carnegie Hall in New York.

With soul-tinged songs, Wyn digs into personal stories of living with chronic illness, like in her 5-tracks debut EP ‘Thick of It’, released in October 2019, with sold out release shows in Boston and Chicago.

On the wake of this inspirational crescendo comes ‘Cigarettes’. With this dark, electronic pop track Wyn examines the tension in a relationship that is on the brink of dissolving. “This song was born out of one of the hardest tests of a relationship” – Wyn explains – “as I swam in devastation and reflected on how to move forward.”

A dark matter reverted into a shining light, Wyn Doran’s astounding song ‘Cigarettes’ is a soulful, unmissable delivery, driven by that starlight that is Wyn’s voice.
