After a decade in search of their identity, the three-member band The Shadowboxers finds the perfect stylistic expression with the album ‘The Slow March Of Time Flies By’.
From their start as a backing band for the Indigo Girls to the most recent works and tours alongside their mentor Justin Timberlake, the trio band The Shadowboxers has been able to constantly conquer an ever-increasing number of fans.
Thanks to their distinctive style, Scott Tyler, Matt Lipkins, and Adam Hoffman have captivated audiences from all over the world, weaving and bridging the gap between classic, harmony-driven melodies and more contemporary pop-R&B rhythms. Strengthened by this maturity, creativity, and stylistic freshness, The Shadowboxers are now definitely ready to take the reins in hand as songwriters and producers.
“We locked ourselves in the studio and didn’t come out until all three of us felt like we’d communicate our visions and seen them through. Just us. No one else. No one to hide behind or pass the ball to.” So Scott Tyler explains about the genesis of their upcoming album, then he continues: “We fought, we compromised, we faced issues that had been building up for a decade. And we came out on the other side with The Slow March of Time Flies By, our most honest work to date.”
And, after a decade spent looking for their identity, today the three-member band finds the perfect way to express its artistic richness with the album ‘The Slow March Of Time Flies By’, giving us a release with an important background , that is only the new act of a success story still to be developed.
