Alan Dreezer is an artist about whom we have already had the pleasure of writing several times, thanks to the quality of the music he offers with every release.
From the single ‘What You Didn’t Say’ and its music video – here the articles: Alan Dreezer // What You Didn’t Say, Interview with: Alan Dreezer // What You Didn’t Say – music video – to the more recent ‘But It Does’ (Alan Dreezer // But It Does), Alan has always managed to magnetize all our attention, thanks to the undeniable talent and the exquisite musicianship of the productions that he brings to the table every time.
What we see, following Dreezer’s path in music, is a journey that is becoming increasingly interesting and engaging. Yes, because, if with ‘What You Didn’t Say’ Alan somehow surprised us, like when one discovers an unexpected novelty, things got even more interesting with ‘But It Does’, that is the introduction to his sophomore album ‘Healed’, expected for 2021.
As the title of the album itself suggests, for the creation of ‘Healed’ Alan drew inspiration from a personal “healing” process from a failed past relationship and the influences of the memories surrounding it. And it’s in this ascending furrow that the next release by Dreezer takes place.
We had the pleasure and the honor of listening to ‘The Twelfth Of Never’ in preview these past days, and it was once again a surprise. Without distorting the nature of the previous releases, here Dreezer’s sound is even more compelling and exciting than ever. And while this new song tips the balance more perceptibly towards synth-pop, ‘The Twelfth Of Never’ sounds like a natural development of what the artist began to tell with his previous acts.
A genuine and vibrant slice of his life, full of emotions from an important part of his experiences, with ‘The Twelfth Of Never’ Dreezer once again shows off his creative and communicative power, bringing us emotions, feelings and passion that sound unconditionally genuine.
Alan Dreezer’s momentum seems to never end, inspired and wonderful as it is.
