Yoel is an emerging artist from the New York hip-hop scene, who grew up immersed in the rap culture of Uptown, a combination of Manhattan and the southern part of the Bronx.

Put on the road to become a musician by his father who gave him a new boom-box  when Yoel was 9, he started writing poetry while still in junior high school, quickly leading him to freestyling.

Having become obsessed with the art and craft of hip hop and using his trials and struggles as fuel, he started pouring his feelings into his music. The result is a brutally honest style that derives from poignant and insightful creative thoughts that bloom when he takes walks in the forest, isolating himself from the world and entering his element.

After releasing his first mixtape in 2013, followed by a series of singles, Yoel is now focused on his climb to success.
